Subjects who were over a specific year old at initial pathologic diagnosis were classified
as older cases, other subjects with a younger year old were classified as younger cases.
Users can estimate the correlation between gene expression and aging hallmarks with scatter plots, and compare the two groups (younger and older) of the aging hallmarks with box plots using the Wilcoxon rank-sum test.
